In Bullshit, She She Pop bravely confront the loss of a shared reality. They acknowledge that they know nothing, that even the poetic reality of the theatre space has been compromised.

If now is a Happening and a celebration of shared imagination – a birthday present from She She Pop, with whom FFT has collaborated for 25 years.

“High” is a ceremony in a changeable, all-encompassing tent. Here we will gather behind the banner whose inscription we do not yet know.

She She Pop are beginning a phase of research. Together with the audience, they will explore ecstatic states for collective liberation through choral singing, dance and breathing techniques along with disorienting visual and aural effects.

As a mental extension of Drawers, She She Pop has once again invited various guests to share the stage or be connected virtually in their new production, Walls. Together, they travel through time to past moments and possible futures. The journey takes the audience along walls that permeate how we perceive shared reality and its emotional impact.

She She Pop conducted interviews with neighbors about living and working at Mehringplatz. In the context of “Berlin bleibt! #4 – Treffpunkt Mehringplatz” they develop a performative game.

With an introductory essay by Annett Gröschner, an interview with She She Pop by Aenne Quiñones, conversations with long-time collaborators, numerous illustrations and an up-to-date catalogue raisonné.

Dance Me! is a dance marathon between two competing generations. The stage is an arena in which She She Pop and guests take on the role of the elderly; the others are a group of young performers.

In Hexploitation, She She Pop lock themselves and the audience in a mise en scène reminiscent of a low-lit, kitschy film set from which there is no escape. Naturally, they will be using their ageing bodies for this purpose.

Phone tree, helpline or hotline: Telephone-Canon isn’t a show, it’s a service. Whoever calls up will hear about an essential moment in the performing arts. But the the canon is also open for your own tales and entries.

In their new revue “Canon” She She Pop turn the spotlight on those works of other artists and thinkers, which critically influenced and informed their work during the last 30 years.

25 years! What is too painful to remember – or to forget? In a grand gala with many guest stars, She She Pop celebrate their first and longest relationship: the one with their audience.

Together with a choir of local delegates and the audience, She She Pop drag the secret of ownership onto the stage. In dissonant chants, they negotiate their own property relations and the associated conflicts.

She She Pop and zeitkratzer play a concert: secret, order and ocean. They celebrate music and play per se.

She She Pop steps forward to elicit a new meaning of “theatre without an audience”. As proposed in Brechtian Lehrstück theory, those on stage try different attitudes and give speeches. In the Possessed monologue, a polyphonic monologue can be heard, whereby the community has its say.

She She Pop join forces with guest performers from different generations to form a monstrous teaching body: an Ars Erotica for the stage – somewhere between a modern picture book on sex education and a late medieval danse macabre.

For two seasons, the performance collective She She Pop has become part of the machinery of the Württemberg State Theatres. How does a system operate that routinely mediates between art and the public?

This performance is dedicated to the longing for an end. It unfolds along the lines of the biblical creation story.

Together with their own mothers, She She Pop are staging their version of The Rite Of Spring based on Igor Stravinsky’s “Le Sacre du Printemps“.

The West-born women of She She Pop meet several adversaries raised in the East onstage in order to open up each other’s drawers. A history of the East-West German division will be told live, backed up by private and/or publically available text sources, and refereed by memories either in harmony with or contrary to the two great mid-twentieth century worldviews.
